In 2000, I opened Futuristic Health, a healing clinic offering all-natural remedies using herbs, vitamins, and organic juices.
When I counsel my patients, I recommend a slight dietary change tailored to each individual's blood type. The four basic blood types have a built-in pathway to premier health.
Perhaps your particular blood type is lactose intolerant. When rules are broken, the golden chain that holds health in that sacred place becomes unlinked.
Why? Lactose intolerance is an internal inability to produce the enzymes needed to digest these foods.
